Ruga settlement: FG within the Government

Last week we woke up to the news of a new word in our political lexicon “Ruga” they called it.

The federal government ostensibly had renamed, yet again what we knew (and rejected) as cattle colony into Ruga settlements.

The alarm bells however went from defcon 5 to defcon 1 because unlike before when cattle colony and ranching was flown in the public space, Ruga settlement was already in implementation phase in Benue state, the same state that had seen hundreds murdered by killer Fulani herdsmen without one of the culprits brought to justice by the buhari government in the last four years. This led to protests in Benue state.

On the 25^th of June 2019, whilst the immediate past Vice President of Nigeria, professor Osinbajo had been sent the previous day on a wild goose chase to the United States of America to sell fibs about kidnapping and downplay security issues, the actual Fulani government announced on that Tuesday that the Fulani Government had begun the implementation of Ruga settlement in 12 states including Benue state.

Now, control of all lands is vested in the state governments, how the FG intended to break the law and take over lands in various states is a discussion for another day. What we know now is that hues and cries from the southern and middle-belt states cum victims forced Miyetti Allah, a terrorist organization recognised by the FG as the most important stakeholder in Nigeria to make a statement that Ruga was the brainchild of professor Osinbajo and his office.

This was said in an attempt to remove the ethnic coloration and the insidious Fulani motive of the Ruga move.

Perhaps due to the shock of being manipulated (yet again), the professor quickly dissociated himself from the Ruga settlement move, a dissociation many do not believe. Facts in the public domain will however reveal that the man of fibs is actually just a pawn.

It would appear that the professor’s office was involved in a totally different Livestock plan (the national livestock transformation plan) that they believed would end the economic reason adduced for the genocide committed by killer fulani herdsmen. This livestock plan was still in the stage of mapping out strategies.

Working at cross purposes to the professor is the Fulani government who had funds (from God knows where) to establish settlements for foreign killer fulani herdsmen within four weeks from May 21^st 2019. You can see attached pictures.

This means that preparatory to the illegal swearing in of buhari on May 29th 2019, buhari had released money to build houses for his fulani cousins from all over West Africa and mandated it should be ready within 1 month starting with Taraba state. This would explain why he carried the now recognized Miyetti Allah bag instead of the Holy Quran as stated by the constitution. Small wonder the killer fulani herdsmen killed over 13 people in Taraba few days to when their new abode in Taraba was to be ready!

Questions

If indeed the Ruga settlements are for livestock, how come it is houses for men that are first being built instead of pens for cattle? Where is the water and food for the cattle?

Some say its not exclusively for Fulanis. The only way to prove that, is that pig farmers are immediately allowed access into these same livestock farms, pigs are also livestock, aren’t they?

Why “ruga” a Fulani word and not a Yoruba or Igbo word?

Why is the Benue contract for a supposed ranch or farm settlement given to a company registered as a communication company?

Conclusion

Ruga settlement is not for livestock but a staging area for armed killer fulani herdsmen to take over the land from the indigenous people. The only time buhari has moved with such speed to do anything is when he illegally tampered with the judiciary and swore in Tanko. Tanko ironically carried the same Miyetti Allah bag.

One of the primary things in warfare is establishing communication infrastructure, this would explain why a broadband company is the first on site of a supposed farm settlement.

There is a Fulani government within the Federal government. Professor Osinbajo was never the number two man in Nigeria, clearly ordinary Permanent Secretaries hold more powers than him! He is also clearly not in the know of actions taken by those supposedly reporting to the office under him.

buhari’s jihad is here ladies and gentlemen, you were warned over four years ago! Are you still in denial? Are you going to wait till you, or your relatives are raped or killed by these killer fulani herdsmen or will you be ready to stand up on the streets so that UN, USA, UK and the international community can see you and save your generations?
