Kano central mosque bomb blast – update

The reported bomb blast at the Kano central mosque today in Kano appearing to target the Emir of Kano who traditionally leads Jumah prayers seems to be a coordinated attack. Reports says five different mosques were the target including one in Maiduguri. Four of these bombs were successfully defused but we were not so lucky with the one that went off at the Kano mosque. many are feared dead and casualty figures expected to be high. I will update you as i garner more information.
